Farmers Business Network is searching for the next generation of leaders in agriculture.

Over the course of the next few weeks, we will announce the FBN Scholarship recipients from seven of the top agriculture universities in the country.

Each FBN Scholar will receive a $1,000 scholarship towards their study in the 2015-2016 academic year.

After I finish my undergraduate degree I hope to be accepted into a School of Veterinary Medicine to be a predominately large animal vet and eventually open my own mixed animal practice.If you could change anything about the agriculture industry or farming in the United States, what would it be?If I could change anything about agriculture in the US, it would be how consumers are given information about our current practices. Many people are confused and mislead about the things that go into raising livestock and producing crops, so they think many of the things we use and do are harmful to the consumer, which is untrue and that mindset hurts the agriculture community and makes it hard for farmers to do their jobs.Learn more about the Farmers Business Network Scholarship.
