We only get Corn planting, Spring Wheat seedings and Winter Wheat conditions this week. Winter Wheat Conditions did reflect a 9% reduction in the Fair/Good & Excellent categories vs last year. This indicative of the winter winds & dryness, with any impact from last nights temps in the teens showing up in the following weeks. It'll take a few days for last week's rains and flooding to dry out, likely to result in fieldwork delays from the Delta up through Mississippi and Ohio River Valleys. USDA's 18-state survey survey put the National average at 2% planted vs 3% L/Y and 2% over 5-years.
