Assistant Farm Manager

Looking for a job as an assistant farm manager in Louisiana Mississippi or Arkansas to get some experience as managing a farm I have worked on a farm for about 10 years that has no plan of hiring anymore farm managers and I am looking to move up and go from just a tractor driver.
