Silt in pipes

We have a 1 1/2 inch pipe gravity feeding across a property about 2 miles long, any advice on how to clear silt from the pipe as it’s running at about 20% of what it should be

Pressurize and blow back from the outlet. A sewer jet would be the ticket but not for that long of a distance I’m afraid.

I’ve used a waste water management company to unplug 12” irrigation pipe. They’ve got a big vac truck that can blow pressure. Something like should be able to blow the silt out.
