Spray report app for phone?

Does anyone have a simple spray report app or template with no bullshit just a one page fill in sheet for a phone or laptop?

I’ve been after my nephew to make an app for me to use for record keeping on our farm. Seems like reinventing the wheel as there is surely something out there already but I haven’t found one that does what I need. Is there enough interest to go ahead and develop this? He’s about 1/2 done with it now…

I’ve used Farmlogic for several years. The initial setup of your farm and fields (on your office computer) takes a little time, but once that is done, it is pretty simple.
The FarmPad app is easy to use for record keeping of planting, fertilizing or spraying. It’s geared towards corn, beans or cotton so I  don’t use it much for harvest records (I’m all alfalfa) and I don’t use their soil sampling service. 
It also gives you the ability to print out a detailed report of the work you completed.
I’ve provided a screenshot of the home page in the app and a record of a recent spray job I did.

Using the FBN App Seems Alright its a couple Clicks for setting up what Products you are using but once you have that when you select a new activity the recent "event" is there so its about 5 clicks and the data is placed into FBN.... IF you arent doing Custom work. If doing some Custom work IDk how that translates for "Fast"
