Anyone seeing Tar Spot yet?

I heard 3rd hand that it's been spotted in north western IL. (Carroll Co area?) We have the cousin disease starting on the silver maples which apparently comes about a week or two before the corn disease appears.

I'm curious if anyone else can confirm the tar spot or complex in their area. Last year all of our corn fields had it.

Tar spot was identified last week in Whiteside county, NW IL just north of I-88. We have been scouting fields weekly thinking we would have seen them by now. None in Carroll county yet but we think its just a matter of time.
