What's the oldest working tractor on your farm?

Working as in it still serves a purpose/does a chore other than runs in parades.

1959 John Deere Model 630. 60 years old and still bangs like a champ.

What's the oldest working tractor on your farm?

We have 1966 2020 John Deere utility diesel starts on first crank. Mow with it and run augers and belt conveyors

She looks a little hagard at the moment. The patina is original paint. I need a decal kit an a proper paint job.

We use IH 856 all summer tedding hay and grinding feed. Then runs augers during harvest.

We have what I believe is a 1942 Farmall H that I fixed up around 10 years ago. Not a whole lot for it to do but it comes out of the shed once in a while. I am currently working on restoring my grandpa’s 1941 Massey Harris 201 in my spare time. If anyone has any info for some parts I would much appreciate it.

I have a 1957 or so 460 with my Grandpa's F-11 loader on it. I use it to load hay, move bunks, and anything else needing to be lifted. I overhauled be a 656 gas engine. It is the go to chore tractor around here.

1965 Farmall 656. Dad bought it new the year I was born. Still run the feed wagon with it. Starts every day.

I have a 1952 Allis Chalmers WD. Mostly just use for random tasks and pulls for fun.

We still use my grandpa’s 1941 Farmall M to pump flood water on occasion. This picture was taken a few weeks ago after a big rain.

It’s amazing how reliable this near 80 year old tractor is

Ya this is an awesome shot!

Awesome. I've only seen a tractor use the belt horsepower for chores in black and white photos until now. Thanks for sharing!

I noticed that! I didn't grow up with red tractors but I really enjoy how the FBN team has chronicled the super C restoration. I like to see how the engineers from days gone by figured out how to turn steel into functionality! Keep the updates coming please!

We will! Thanks for the support! Excited to see other members post their oldest tractors.

This was a great question.

It doesn't work YET. But our team has started chipping away on restoring a 1954 Farmall Super C tractor which is placed outside of our California office!

We're documenting the work here on our blog.

1971 Minneapolis Moline G-750. Basically a yellow Oliver 1755. Dad bought it used from his buddy in about 1982. I hope he never decided to sell it because I would have to buy it!!
