Best way to keep track of employee hours??

I was wondering what the best way for employees to clock on and off work. On the farm sometime our meeting place isn’t always at the office or headquarters particularly during harvest or planting. Are there any online apps or time-clocks that can be used and accessed by the employer and employee?

Just started using swipe clock.  You clock in and out from your phone. So far good.

We implemented a timeclock with biometric scanning using Face scanning to avoid "buddy punching". It also accepts fingerprints if desired. While it requires another monthly subscription it pays for itself since it clocks in by the minute instead of the employee always rounding up. It connects to the cloud and syncs with QuickBooks online. There is also an app for punching in and out that Geo Tags time punches. The software also handles accrual.  This time clock solution has take a load off our backs as well as syncing time to QuickBooks Online and using the Payroll module to do payroll.

You could use Life360. But it will track the employee at all times. Another app you could use is time card.
