Join the Innovators Research League™
The Innovators Research League™ is a farmer-driven research network consisting of FBN members who test innovative new and commercialised product concepts in real life field conditions. The program is a win-win for farmers and for companies looking to introduce new technology to Agriculture. Farmers get access to innovative technologies and are compensated for their time. Product Development teams get the benefit of testing their products on a large scale, across a wide variety of real world conditions and with real farmer feedback.
What is the order to delivery process?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive confirmation to your email. This will outline your order details, delivery address & payment terms.
For cash up front orders | Payment is required prior to shipping - please refer to your confirmation email. Once this is paid, your order will be shipped.
For 28EOM and extended credit orders | We will dispatch your order prior to the date that was selected at checkout and a payable invoice sent to you once shipped.
How can I pay for my order?
We have 3 payment options: cash up front, 28EOM and extended credit terms. If you would like to discuss any of these options, please contact us. We don't charge fees for paying by credit card.
What is the cost of delivery?
We offer FREE direct to farm delivery on all orders. No minimum spend required.
How can I track my delivery?
You will receive an automated text when your order is shipped from our warehouse, letting you know what product and quantity has been shipped. The driver will call you the day before delivery to arrange a time with you.
You can also visit your Orders page to see the latest status of items in your orders.
Can I update my order before delivery?
Orders can be modified up to 14 days prior to the estimated delivery date, to do this please contact us to make any changes. You can find the delivery date in your order history page.
How can I request an invoice or statement?
Your invoice will be emailed when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. To request a copy of your statement please contact us. New statement portal coming soon!
