As of 16 June 2023, we have permanently closed FBN in Australia. We would like to thank our customers for their support over the past few years. Our customers are very important to us. Whilst we no longer have any team on the ground in Australia, our customers can still get the support they need.

Why has FBN in Australia shut down?
FBN launched in Australia two years ago with the acquisition of Farmsave Holdings PTY LTD, and a goal to introduce the same level of transparency, input price competition and community that FBN has brought to our U.S. and Canadian members. We are grateful for your support and proud to have served over 3,000 Australian growers.
Despite the FBN Australia team’s outstanding efforts, we announced the difficult decision to cease our Australian business operations to better focus on our customers in North America.
Whom can I speak with to discuss a safety question I have regarding a product from FBN?

How can I access information on previous transactions?
All customers have been issued Tax Invoices as part of the wind down of the Australian business. If you are unable to locate this in your email or if you have other account queries, please email us at support@farmersbusinessnetwork.com and we would be happy to help.
I need to make a payment for an account or I have questions about my balance. How do I make a payment and whom can I contact for help?
Unfortunately, we can no longer accept payment by cheque. Payments can continue to be made by credit card through Stripe or via electronic transfer. Please contact Lisa King to arrange payment or if you have any questions about your account balance or payments.
