Can I update my order before delivery?
Yes! For preseason orders placed on or after 10/1/2019, you may swap the product(s) you orderedfor any product(s) in inventory at least 14 days prior to the “No Earlier Than” delivery date window you specified when placing the order. For in-season orders, you may swap the product(s) you ordered for any product(s) in inventory prior to delivery. The cost of the new products you intend to receive must be equal to or greater than the amount from your original order.
How can I track my delivery?
You will receive an automated text when your order is shipped from our warehouse, letting you know what product and quantity has been shipped. The driver will call you the day before delivery to arrange a time with you.
You can also visit your Orders page to see the latest status of items in your orders.
