How do I track my FBN Membership Rewards?
Track your Membership Reward status and the associated perks of your status by using the progress bar in your profile, which will appear in your account on November 3. As you spend and move up between statuses, your profile will reflect your updated Membership Reward status.
How long does it take for my membership level to update after a purchase?
Your account should update to reflect your recent purchase and applicable Membership status changes within a few minutes of placing an order.
When will I receive my FBN store credit?
Store credit for all qualifying purchases based on tier status will be tracked and awarded on a monthly basis. Credits earned will be calculated and posted to accounts during the first week of every month for purchases made in the previous month. All credits expire on September 30, 2026.
Seed and Bulk Fertilizer purchases do not qualify for store credit.
My membership status doesn't seem to be updating correctly. Who can I talk to about this?
Please contact a member of the FBN team by calling or texting 1-844-200-3276 (available weekdays between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST) or emailing support@farmersbusinessnetwork.com with account information and a brief description of your profile issue.
Which products count toward my membership spend amount?
Almost all products from FBN.com count toward your FBN Rewards total, including crop protection, most fertilizer & nutrition, livestock, animal feed, farm & ranch, and pet & equine products. Seed and bulk fertilizer purchases do not count toward your Membership status.
When will I receive my FBN store credit?

What happens if I cancel my membership and rejoin at a later date?
If you cancel your membership and create a new membership in the future, your FBN Rewards will start over at basic Member status. As you engage across the platform and make purchases over time, your membership status will increase once you hit the minimum requirements for the next status level.
