FBN Blockade Co-Pack

An in-crop herbicide co-pack containing four active ingredients giving control of cleavers, kochia, hemp nettle, narrow-leaved hawk’s and more tough to kill weeds. Blockade is a multi-mode herbicide tank-mixable with systemic activity for consistent broadleaf weed control.

Active ingredients

Three separately registered components:

• FBN Fluroxypyr 180 EC — fluroxypyr 180 g/L

• FBN MCPA Ester 600 EC — MCPA ester 600 g/L

• FBN Thifen + Triben 50% — thifensulfuron-methyl 33.33% + tribenuron-methyl 16.67%

Mode of action

Group 2 and Group 4. Thifensulfuron and tribenuron are ALS inhibitors (Group 2); fluroxypyr and MCPA are synthetic auxins (Group 4). Two modes of action in one pass.

Canada thistle, chickweed, cleavers, cocklebur, cow cockle, flixweed, hemp nettle, kochia, lamb's quarters, narrow-leaved hawk's-beard, prickly lettuce, redroot pigweed, round-leaved mallow, Russian thistle, shepherd's purse, smartweed, sow thistle, stinkweed, stork's bill, volunteer canola, volunteer sunflowers, volunteer flax, wild buckwheat, wild mustard.

Registered crops

Spring wheat, durum wheat, barley.

Application timing and rate

• Crop stage: 3-leaf to flag leaf

• Weed stage: 2–4 leaf

• Rainfastness: 4 hours

• Tank-mixed with a grassy herbicide: use the adjuvant required by that grassy herbicide
