Text Message Terms

These Text Message Terms apply to the FBN® text message program operated by Farmer's Business Network, Inc. ("FBN," "we," "us," or "our") from short code 326326. By opting in to text messages from FBN, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
FBN sends recurring automated text messages to members who opt in. Messages may include:
Account and security notifications, such as login codes and password changes
Order and delivery updates
Grain contract and scale ticket alerts
Finance application updates
Integration alerts, such as a disconnected John Deere Operations Center account
Replies from Norm, FBN's AI assistant, when you text Norm
Polls and surveys
Marketing offers and promotions
FBN is the only sender of messages under this program. No affiliate, partner or third party sends messages under this program.
2. How to join
You can opt in by checking the text message box wherever FBN asks for your mobile number, or by turning on text messages in your notification settings. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership or of any purchase. You must be [18 or older] and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. FBN does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and then no further text messages from this program. To opt back in, reply START.
Opting out of text messages does not affect your FBN email, your membership or your orders.

7. Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Information you provide is handled under the FBN Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
