Membership Reward FAQs
Track your Membership Reward status and the associated perks of your status by using the progress bar in your profile, which will appear in your account on November 3. As you spend and move up between statuses, your profile will reflect your updated Membership Reward status.
Your account should update to reflect your recent purchase and applicable Membership status changes within a few minutes of placing an order.

Almost all products from FBN.com count toward your FBN Rewards total, including crop protection, adjuvants, and crop nutrition.
Yes, FBN Rewards may be combined with other offers, including cash discounts, Cyber Days deals, and other promotional programs.
If you cancel your membership and create a new membership in the future, your FBN Rewards will start over at basic Member status. As you engage across the platform and make purchases over time, your membership status will increase once you hit the minimum requirements for the next status level.
