FBN® customers in Canada can initiate a return of empty containers by contacting FBN Customer Support at 403-768-1515 or email@example.com . If you are located in Canada within 320 kilometers of one of the following FBN owned warehouses, specific conditions must be met for a pickup to occur. Please review the conditions noted in the next section. Remove metal handle from fertilizer pails. Lastly, ensure the empty jugs are placed in a Cleanfarms or other polyethylene bag* *Seed treatments need to be separated out into separate bags Totes and drums contain no more than 2” of residual product Containers must be in a condition to be reused/recycled (if a grower is uncertain on whether an empty is in acceptable condition, they can send pictures to FBN Customer Support to ensure acceptable quality. See these examples from a few refurbishing companies showing empty containers in unacceptable conditions). Cage must be free of excessive rust and bowing and there should be no or few broken welds or missing bolts Outside of container must be free from product contamination and dirt Container cannot have been used for any product other than that listed on the original label All original labels, markers, hazmat classifications, etc., must be legible and in place Plastic and steel pallets must have all welds and bolts intact with no broken or bent corners Wooden pallets must have no broken or missing boards Bottles must be intact, free of punctures, cuts and cracks Bottles must be secured with the proper fill caps, gaskets and bungs Totes must be securely closed with original lids and closures and lids and closures need to be operational All valves must be closed Bottles and cages should not be painted, marked or covered with residue At the time of pickup, the grower must sign a certification form stating the products were sold to them by FBN and that the empty containers align with the conditions stated above. We will not accept any empty containers without this form being signed. Important things to note: FBN does not have the footprint of brick and mortar locations spread across Western Canada of traditional retail and we do not charge deposits on our drums and totes. Because of this, it is not reasonable to expect that empty containers will be picked up immediately. They will be picked up when there are other deliveries or returns in the area and special trips will not be made for a single pick up. Depending on the time of year, this could lead to waiting a few days to a few months for the pickup to occur. The consolidation of empties at a single location between growers in an area will generally lead to quicker pickups. Program is subject to change.

For FBN Direct ® orders, you can request changes to delivery date, delivery address or delivery method (delivery to pickup and vice versa) right in your FBN ® account if your order meets the following criteria: No items in the order have shipped or been picked up Request is 7+ days before the delivery/pickup date noted in your Order History or Sales Order Acknowledgement Please Note: Available delivery dates will start from 15 days from request date to give our teams enough time to process your request and coordinate logistics. Example: If you submit a request on April 2, the earliest delivery date would be April 17. The request will apply to all items on the order. If you have a request for a specific item in the order, please note that in the comments section in the request. We will do our best to accommodate. Address change requests may affect the delivery/pickup date. Web Instructions Sign in to your FBN account and go to Order History . You can also get here by clicking on the Shop tab and then Orders in the left hand menu. Find the Sales Order you would like to change and click on View Order Details . The easiest way to electronically sign the Terms of Sale (Master Distribution Agreement) is to check your inbox for an email from Farmers Business Network® and click the link within the email. You can also electronically sign via your account in fbn.com or the mobile app. Go to the Agreements page On fbn.com , sign in and click on Shop . Then click on Agreements in the left hand menu. In the mobile app , tap on Shop and then tap on Agreements . Click on View and Accept and follow the prompts. You may need to click Save on each section to then be able to click on Continue . Please double check that all Billing Contact information shown is correct. On the Master Distribution Agreement, click into the agreement and scroll through to the end. Then, select the checkbox for "I have read and agree to these terms and conditions" and click Accept . The Master Distribution Agreement has now been signed and submitted. This will show an “active” status on the Agreements page. To change the Billing Contact details at any time, come back to the Agreements page to update your information. If you do not have an FBN® account and have received an email to agree to the Terms of Sale, please follow these steps: Click on the link within the email and enter the same email address that received the "Agree to Terms of Sale" email. You will either be logged automatically into FBN or will receive an email to access the FBN account. Didn’t receive the email? Call 1-844-200-3276 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for help. Please reference your email address so that we can verify against the email we have on file. If the order does not require a RUP Contact, skip to the next step. If you are the RUP Contact, you’ll see a pop up asking for you to upload a photo of your RUP certificate. Click Cancel to bypass this step and an FBN representative will verify your RUP certificate via the state database. Please note, chemical deliveries are dependent on an unexpired RUP certificate. On the order summary page click the Continue button. You'll now see the Master Distribution Agreement. Click into the box and scroll down to the end. Select the checkbox for “I have and read and agree to these terms and conditions” and click Accept . The Master Distribution Agreement has now been signed and submitted. We will contact you if additional action or information is needed on your part.

You will receive two separate statements for purchases placed using an FBN® Finance input financing (extended credit terms) loan when there is also interest due for the purchases. Statements from FBN Finance will show the list of invoices for orders purchased using input financing. Statements from FBN Direct will show a list of interest charges. Interest is charged separately from the order. To opt out of mailed statements and receive your statements via email only: Log into your FBN account Click on your initials in the top right corner to open the Account menu Click on Billing Click on Statements in the left hand menu Click on the the switch for Paperless Statements (eDelivery Only) so that it is highlighted blue For any questions, please feel free to contact us .

View your orders and check the status in fbn.com or in the mobile app through the Orders page found under the Shop tab. Orders will be sorted by the order date with your latest order listed first. The status bar will show the order’s latest status. If the status shows “Blocked”, this means that we cannot proceed with your order until you complete the pending action item. Click on View Order Details to review the pending action item. Also View Order Details to: Check the item’s status and estimated delivery or pickup by date Change delivery date, delivery address or delivery method (if available) Find the delivery details for shipped orders including the tracking number if available Find the warehouse location and contact information to schedule a pickup appointment for pickup orders How to access order history - web instructions Sign in to your account at fbn.com . Click on the Shop tab at the top and then click on Orders in the left hand menu. You’ll now be on the “Your Orders” page. Click on View Order Details to view additional information specific to that order. How to access order history - mobile app instructions Sign in to the mobile app . The Master Distribution Agreement consists of the general terms to transact with FBN Direct® and agreement is required prior to shipping your FBN Direct order. This agreement only needs to be signed once. Those that are required to agree to these terms are: The Billing Contact - This is the person checking out the cart in fbn.com or the guarantor of FBN® financing. The RUP Contact if restricted use chemicals are being purchased and if the person is different from the Buyer or the Billing Contact. Note: If the Master Distribution Agreement is sent by a customer support representative via DocuSign, the Buyer will be required to sign if they are not the Billing Contact. Any order placed is not complete until all necessary parties agree to the Terms of Sale. If this is not done promptly, your pricing cannot be guaranteed and your order may be canceled. Yes - Returns or exchanges are allowed following the guidelines below. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-844-200-3276 to process an exchange or return. Pre-Delivery Seed Swaps You may swap out any product(s) from your order for any product(s) in inventory at least 14 days days prior to the Estimated Arrival Date. The Estimated Arrival Date is communicated via email and is also available in your FBN account within the Order History page. The value of the amended order must be equal to or greater than your original order or you will be charged an 4% cancellation fee. Post-Delivery Seed Exchange Soybean and hybrid rye exchanges are not permitted. For products (other than soybeans and hybrid rye) that have been delivered before May 1, 2023, you may exchange for any product(s) in inventory no later than June 30, 2023. For products (other than soybeans and hybrid rye) that have been delivered on or after May 1, 2023, you may exchange for any product(s) in inventory within 60 days of delivery and in no event later than August 15, 2023. The products you are exchanging must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition. If revised or new Sales Order is not equal to or greater in value than amount returned, the overage (Amount Returned minus new Sales Order) is considered a return and subject to a 8% restocking fee. Buyer will be assessed a $150 flat fee for transportation and freight costs associated with the exchange. Post-Delivery Seed Return Soybean and hybrid rye returns are not permitted. For products (other than soybeans and hybrid rye) that have been delivered, you may return these products no later than June 30, 2023. Products must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition. Buyer is responsible for paying an 8% restocking fee, which will be calculated based on the dollar value of the products that are returned. Buyer will be assessed a $150 flat fee for transportation and freight costs associated with the exchange.
