Tory grew up on a small cow-calf operation on the front range in Northern Colorado and moved to Montana to attend Montana State University to obtain a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business. From there, he entered into the labor market while also attending the University of North Dakota for a Master of Science Degree in Applied Economics and Predictive Analytics. Tory's experience started in cash grain trading for 3 years and moved into Brokerage/Risk Management soon after. He focuses on agricultural commodities and helps producers understand risks that may play into their Farm's crop marketing. Tory will help identify ways to help manage this risk for each commodity by analyzing the farm's crops by crop year, their insurance impact, their cash sales and brokerage trades that have been implemented to create a full risk review. Tory is based in FBN’s Bozeman, Montana office.
