About Willie Robertson:
Willie Robertson is the CEO and resident prankster of Duck Commander. Over the years, he has taken the company from a living room operation to a premiere destination for all things outdoors. Willie says his negotiation and sales skills were cultivated at a young age, when he and his mother, Kay, sold fish at the market.
In 2006, Willie expanded the family's brand to include more than just duck calls with the launch of Buck Commander. Willie and the “Buckmen” travel throughout the country chasing white-tailed deer and enjoying time at the hunting camp. They also find time to make the Buckmen series of DVDs along with the popular television show Buck Commander: Protected by Under Armour on the Outdoor Channel.
As the executive producer of Duck Dynasty and Buck Commander, Willie is able to combine his passion for the outdoors with his natural ability to entertain. While the Robertsons' story is a great example of entrepreneurship and dedication, it is also about love, faith and putting family first. Willie loves enjoying the outdoors with friends and family, especially at his home in West Monroe, La., with his wife Korie and their children John Luke, Sadie, Will, Bella, Rowdy and foster daughter, Rebecca. When he is not working, you might find Willie on his tractor bush-hogging a field – earphones blaring as he conceives the next idea to keep his companies ahead of the game.
