Below are three options to electronically acknowledge the Terms of Sale (Master Distribution Agreement) : Option 1: Sign via the FBN Agreements Page in the FBN Website If you received an email from FBN Direct regarding the Terms of Sale and do not have an FBN user account, please follow the steps in Option 3: Sign without an FBN Member Account via the emailed instructions. Sign into www.fbn.com . Go to the FBN Agreements page by clicking here OR click on Shop and then FBN Agreements in the left hand menu. On the FBN Agreements page, click on View and Accept. Select the Billing Contact and click Continue. Note: This information can be edited/changed in the next step. Fill in the Billing Contact Information and Billing Address sections and then click Continue. You must click the Save button in both sections to be able to continue. If your salesperson filled out the information for you, select the billing address. Double check that the Billing Contact’s name, phone number and address are correct, edit if necessary and click Continue. Scroll through to the end of the Master Distribution Agreement. After scrolling to the end, select the checkbox for "I have read and agree to these terms and conditions" and click Accept. You should now see the FBN Agreements page with details of your electronic agreement and an “Active” status. To change the Billing Contact details at any time, come back to FBN Agreements page and tap on "click here" to update the information and resign the agreement. Click on the printer icon to open a PDF of the agreement in a new tab of your browser to view, print or download the agreement for your records. Option 2: Sign via the FBN Agreements Page in the FBN App Download and sign into the FBN app . Go to the FBN Agreements page by tapping on Menu at the bottom, tap on Shop at the top and then FBN Agreements. On the FBN Agreements page, tap on View and Accept. Fill in the Billing Contact Information and Billing Address sections and then tap Continue. You must tap the Save button in both sections to be able to continue. If your salesperson filled out the information for you, select the billing address and then tap Continue. Double check that the Billing Contact’s name, phone number and address are correct, edit if necessary and tap Continue. Tap into the Master Distribution Agreement box and scroll through to the end. After scrolling to the end, select the checkbox for "I have read and agree to these terms and conditions" and tap Accept. You should now see the FBN Agreements screen with details of your electronic agreement. Scroll right through the details to confirm that the status is Active. To change the Billing Contact details at any time, come back to this page and tap on "click here" to update the information and resign the agreement. Option 3: Sign without an FBN Member Account via the emailed instructions If you received an email to agree to the Terms of Sale, follow these steps: Click or tap on the "Agree to the Terms of Sale" button in the email. On the login screen, click or tap on “Log in without a password”. Enter the same email address that received the initial "Agree to Terms of Sale" email. This is the email that was submitted by the the farmer as your contact email address. Click or tap the "Send login link" button. Check your inbox for an email from Farmers Business Network titled "Click This Link To Access FBN.com" and click or tap the link in the email. Didn’t receive the email? Call 1-844-200-3276 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for help. Please reference your email address so that we can verify against the email we have on file. If your order does not require a RUP Contact, skip to Step 7. If you are the RUP Contact, you’ll see a pop up asking for you to upload a photo of your RUP certificate. Click or tap "Cancel" to bypass this step and an FBN representative will verify your RUP certificate via the state database. Please note, chemical deliveries are dependent on an unexpired RUP certificate. Next, you’ll see the order summary. Click or tap the “Continue” button. You'll now see the Terms of Sale. Please click or tap into the box and scroll down to the end. Select the box “I have and read and agree to these terms and conditions”. Click or tap the “Accept” button.

Signing up for an FBN® member account only takes a few minutes! Step 1 - Go to the New Member Sign Up page Go to the New Member Sign Up page at www.fbn.com/signup Step 2 - Complete the new member form You should see a page with a form on the right side. If you’re on a different page, click on Sign Up located in the top right corner. Fill out all form fields and click Continue On the next screen, answer the marketing questions and click Continue Review the Terms of Service and scroll completely through to the last line. Check the box for “I have read and I agree to these terms and conditions” and click Finish You’ll see a welcome message to check your email for the link to access your account Step 3 - Verify your email address In your email account, search for an email from email@example.com with the subject line “Click This Link to Access your FBN Account”. This is a separate email from the “Welcome to Farmers Business Network” email. Click the link within the email. This will open fbn.com and you’ll automatically be logged into your FBN member account. Step 4 - Set your password In the top right corner, click on the down arrow next to your initials Click on My Profile Then click on Security Enter in your password in both fields and Save

You will receive two statements if you have an input financing (extended credit terms) loan and interest for purchases made using your input financing loan. Mailed statements from FBN Finance (or the FBN Finance Statement type in your FBN account) will show the list of invoices for orders purchased using input financing with a balance due. Mailed statements from FBN Direct (or the FBN Direct Seed and Chem Statement type in your FBN account) will show a list of interest charges with a balance due. Click "File" in the upper left and then select "Projects". Click "Backup/Restore Project(s)" in the upper right corner of the pop up window. In the next window, select "Back Up Project Data". A window will pop up that will allow you to select the project you want to back-up. Create a name for that backup folder. At the bottom where it says select location, make sure you save it to a place where you will be able to find it later such as a USB or your desktop. A backup is now created and that file can be uploaded to your FBN ® account in the My Files section.

View your orders and check the status in fbn.com or in the mobile app through the Order History page. Orders will be sorted by the order date with your latest order listed first. See the Status bar for the latest status. If the status shows “Blocked”, click on View Order Details to review the pending action items to complete. View Order Details will also show all items on the order including the item’s (estimated or delivered) delivery date and tracking number if available. How to access order history - web instructions Sign in to your account at fbn.com . Click on the Shop tab at the top and then click on Order History in the lefthand menu. You’ll now be on the “Your Orders” page. How to access order history - mobile app instructions Sign in to the mobile app . Tap on the Menu tab at the bottom of the screen. Tap on Shop and then tap Order History . You’ll now be on the “Your Orders” page.

The Master Distribution Agreement consists of the general terms to transact with FBN Direct® and agreement is required prior to shipping your FBN Direct order. This agreement only needs to be signed once. Those that are required to agree to these terms are: The Billing Contact - This is the person checking out the cart in fbn.com or the guarantor of FBN® financing. The RUP Contact if restricted use chemicals are being purchased and if the person is different from the Buyer or the Billing Contact. Note: If the Master Distribution Agreement is sent by a customer support representative via DocuSign, the Buyer will be required to sign if they are not the Billing Contact. Any order placed is not complete until all necessary parties agree to the Terms of Sale. If this is not done promptly, your pricing cannot be guaranteed and your order may be canceled. Yes - Returns or exchanges are allowed following the guidelines below. Pre-Delivery Seed Swaps You may swap out any product(s) from your order for any product(s) in inventory at least 14 days days prior to the Estimated Arrival Date. The Estimated Arrival Date is communicated via email and is also available in your FBN account within the Order History page. The value of the amended order must be equal to or greater than your original order or you will be charged an 4% cancellation fee. Post-Delivery Seed Exchange Soybean and hybrid rye exchanges are not permitted. For products (other than soybeans and hybrid rye) that have been delivered before May 1, 2023, you may exchange for any product(s) in inventory no later than June 30, 2023. For products (other than soybeans and hybrid rye) that have been delivered on or after May 1, 2023, you may exchange for any product(s) in inventory within 60 days of delivery and in no event later than August 15, 2023. The products you are exchanging must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition. If revised or new Sales Order is not equal to or greater in value than amount returned, the overage (Amount Returned minus new Sales Order) is considered a return and subject to a 8% restocking fee. Buyer will be assessed a $150 flat fee for transportation and freight costs associated with the exchange. Post-Delivery Seed Return Soybean and hybrid rye returns are not permitted. For products (other than soybeans and hybrid rye) that have been delivered, you may return these products no later than June 30, 2023. Products must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition. Buyer is responsible for paying an 8% restocking fee, which will be calculated based on the dollar value of the products that are returned. Buyer will be assessed a $150 flat fee for transportation and freight costs associated with the exchange.
