In order to qualify for a land loan, you must meet the following requirements:

Minimum Acreage

A minimum of at least 10 acres of agricultural land is required.

Loan Amount

The minimum loan amount is $150,000; there is no restriction on the maximum loan amount requested.

Agricultural Land

This includes farms, ranches, timberland, and hunting land, as well as property improvements.

Pre-Qualify for a Land Loan

As you compare loan options with the FBN Farm Land Loan Calculator, you can also pre-qualify for a land loan up to $5 million.

Applying for pre-qualification does not impact your credit score. Pre-qualification remains valid for 180 days, giving you the information and flexibility you need to determine the best financial option as you make plans for the future of your farm.
