Testing foliar fertilizers for quality

Long story short I'm looking for a place to send samples of foliar fertilizers to see what's in them. Since about 2012 ish it's no longer a law in canada that fertilizers be tested that the product is as it says it is so as part of some test I'm doing on my feilds I want to send a few samples for analysis see what they come up with. Anyone know who does these test?
