Farming in nebraska, im 34, only one left, father pased 2 years ago, farm 2300 acres and  could farm 3000, I just can't find anyone interested or can't find help. It's a great opportunity perfer a younger guy wanting to farm, Would provid a studio I'd need a place to live.

Not sure if this option would help or be of any interest to you, but I’ve done this in the past for similar situations. I might be able to buy the property, build a living quarters, and put you on a salary to run the property. Plus, I can set up some seasonal help if you were to need it.
