New 40k bu priced in Oct turnkey was $139k

Mine was everything except electrical. I just looked and add 5k for electrical

62,000 bushel 48'x10 ring GSI with 30 hp fan 10"pullout with power sweep dirt work concrete and electrical cost $1.95 about 6 months ago.

Yep, if hiring everything done then I’d say $2/bu minimum to be safe.
$1.70 for a heavy sidewall 50,000 MFS in Indiana.
We were quoted about, $1.60/stored bushel here in NE Nebraska for a GSI bin. Includes all the concrete, labor, etc.
