What is a good way to start getting experience untill I get land of my own I’m new to farming and have minimal experience. Most farmers won’t want to hire someone with no experience and usda won’t do a lone with no experience.

Start at an Ag consulting company or Co-Op. Learn terminology and the processes, be the guy that gets to deliver product to farms and talk to farmers. Get to know them and show them You can work. When you're with the farmers ask them questions about their operations making sure they know that you're wanting to start farming yourself. If you show them you're willingness to learn and work hard. You'll be surprised who would offer you a job or if you're lucky you might find a farmer with no one to pass it on to.
My opinion, you’ve gotta find the farmer who’ll hire you with no experience, in hopes they’ll want to train you to do things the way they want for done. Good luck friend!
