I’ve talked to several of the after market companies Kutcher/ Estes and was wondering if if there is one that works better for high moisture corn 27% plus. Is there a set up that doesn’t grind the corn so much.

Don't know what machine you are running but for red ones I think ******** MFG is hard to beat. You can talk to him direct and he will get you set up with ras bars and concaves. I've bought a set for every machine I own now.
I don’t try to harvest that high but I have on accident with Estes and was extremely pleased.
I run Kuchar for high moisture corn very satisfied with the grain quality and performance of the machine compared to the factory set up
