Any older/retiring farmer looking for young farmer to work into there operation?

26 year old grew up on a farm been around farming all my life. Looking for either an older/retiring farmer looking for someone to work into there operation or a farming partner to team with and pool resources. Currently work full time off farm/ and custom farm on the side. Have some of my own equipment already. Would consider relocating for the right operation. Located in Northeastern Nebraska.
