JD R450 Windrower

I have been having a problem with my JD R450 windrower. When I am traveling down the road at 12+ MPH one rear wheel starts wobbling sometime quite severely. I have tried adjusting tire pressure, adding weight to rear, different speeds, etc. Nothing seams to work.

The unit has this hydro cylinders on top of the rear wheels that don't seam to do anything.

Anyone have some advise.

Other end. Have had this too. Worse if you raised the rear wheels too high

Everything is tight. Are you talking about this nut?

Bolts on the arm that hooks the steering cylinders to the rock shaft that the rear wheels pivot on are probably loose. Have experienced this on mine.
