What apps are you guys using for Farm Management/ Tractor guidance?

Hello I’m just taking over my fathers small family farm. I’m looking for an app to use to keep track of Stuff like farm cost, expenses, yields, income. Also Wondering if anybody has any kind of guidance/GPS app system that you can run with a light bar or something. Running an older tractor that does not have any guidance, and would like to be able to add something on to it?

Simplest thing you can do is to create an Excel spreadsheet. Not sure your definition of "small" but regardless, this is the simplest option.

Harvest Profit is one you can look at but it has a yearly subscription. Farm at Hand used to be free but went to a subscription years ago and format changed. Ag Leader, **** Deere, Trimble all have record keeping software to track application, planting & harvest. I don't know about expenses and income on any of those, someone else might. FarmWorks is another one you can check out, not sure if they are still around or not, but during the 90s-2000s they were a top player in the farm record keeping software.

As for light bar guidance, look on Tractorhouse.com or auctions for Simple EZ Steer for the cheapest auto steer or light bar guidance if its missing the steering wheel drive motor. JD used to make on I think called a 300 or something, not sure if its still around. Outback used to have one called S2.

I'm sure there are companies in both categories that I am forgetting, but that should get you at least started looking and comparing.
