Motivated 69 year old couple wanting to retire and give someone the opportunity to farm, (like my Dad did for me 50 years ago.)  Could rent it all out tomorrow but there's no joy in that.  Great opportunity to work into something of your own.  If you want to work 9 -5 or a hand out -- keep looking.  For someone with a dream to farm, this is a real "no bull" opportunity. 
Lots of interest and several interviews.  However, no matter how bad their situation is or how passionate they are about farming there is always a BUT.  We dream of farming and really want to -  but don't want to take the risk, but your taxes are too high, but I'm already farming 100 acres, but my wife has a god job, but I've got a couple of trucks or a seed business, but we just want to rent the land right away, but we want a sure thing.  Seems that no one's dreams or passion are as real as they say.  People spend 4 years in college with no guarantee of anything - invest 4 years with my wife and I and farm 1850 acres.  Successful people work hard, work smart, and know when opportunity KNOCKS.

Thank you, but I'm no angel yet. It seems that the pioneer spirit that settled this country in the 1800S is long gone.  Those who were willing to leave their homes for a chance of a new and better life to build something of their own is only for the history books. 
Many responses from those who were PASSIONATE about or have DREAMED about farming all their life, but are unwilling to leave the security of where they are now.  So as of now,  my wife and I have NO TAKERS YET and thus no angel wings.
