What is the best Sprayer Tender setup?

Just bought a 1000 gal self-propelled sprayer for the farm, looking for ideas on best tender setup for the sprayer. The sprayer does have an educator on it. I Will be spraying most fields by myself, if I receive help it will be inconsistent. Show me what you've got and thoughts. Thanks

Put 2 2500 gallon tanks in 48’ cargo trailer. 4 shuttles fit to rear on one side. 2 cyclones & pump on other. One man show for quite a while.

I use scales and put manifold on suction side of pump. Works great!

We have a 53ft van trailer with 4 seperate 1700 gallon tanks all set up to pull out of any one or multiple tanks at a time with 3in plumbing, 3 inductor cones for pre batching chemicals and room for 4 pallets/totes. Absolutely love this setup because everything is out of the weather and you can shut/lock the doors and have peace of mind. One and only single downfall is the length. But you quickly ...

Here’s my outfit. Best part is, I put the whole thing together for less than $3500.

42’trailer was bought at auction for $1,000

(2) 1500 gallon tanks were $850 each at Tractor Supply.

Pump, cone, few valves I needed were purchased used or really cheap.

This setup has worked well for me for about 6 years now. There’s easy room for 4 chem totes, plus about 8’ of flat deck on the back to stack box...

We’ve had a few different ones over the years. Depending on how far away your fields are will matter the most. Anything under 7mi you could road back and forth to your yard from field to reload. If that’s not an option or not appealing, find either a trailer or 20’ tandem truck. How much you want to spray in a day is the next step to figure out. I’d say at a minimum you want a 6000gal water storag...

We have a 3200 tank in the middle of the tandem. That provides room for 4 shuttles plus a little for some boxes. We can double stack shuttles at the rear too if need be but rarely does that happen. We have 12000 gal of water storage on farm. Got lucky at an auction and bought two 6000 gal tanks for 1100 total. One will give out one of these days, it’s on extreme borrowed time but for $100 we won’t...

Here’s some of our current setup. Not ideal but it works. Looking to redo it this winter or next in a trailer setup with 2 3200gal tanks.

Are you going to pull it with a truck? If so the way I set mine up is a 3000 gallon tank on the back of a 24 foot grain truck with room for two totes and then I would throw all the box chemical in the frame of the trailer. I am a one-man operation as well so it saves a lot of time not having to drag a trailer everywhere to go get water
