I would say both are extremely important questions. The loss in storage will likely be a local problem during harvest, but an opportunity for cash grain that can be stored and brought into the area with a strong local basis next summer.
The question of how much corn got destroyed would matter for the WASDE reports, and affect the ending stocks next year. In the grand scheme of things I would say...
