Does anyone have experience with Black Label Zn vs 10-34-0 as a phosphorus source in 2x2

I use BL in my VT fungicide pass. Get positive ROI

We have been using the black label as they recommended the last few years and questioning it now after talking with other farmers who use only 10-34-0. I think we may do some split trials on it this year and see what we learn

Also, dont let it sit overnight in your lines it will gum up. And you should use low pressure like 30 psi or lower and have course screens in

All you can do is try a small amount and see what it does

Thanks for the input! Dealer wants us to use black label (6-20-0) in place of 10-34-0 in our 2x2 and im having a really hard time thinking 1/4 the amount of gallons of black label in my 2x2 at that analysis will be equivalent phosphorus availability to my crop even with the acids in it that are supposed to make nutrients more available

I tried it with 10-34-0, I did 3 gal black label in furrow with 15 gal 10-34-0 in 2x2 and saw no difference with or without BL. Later I tried 28 in 2x2 with 3 gal of BL in furrow and i couldn't get the yield to cover the extra cost of the BL. I believe it does work and it has a place but that place is in specialty crops where $15/gal isnt a huge expense
