What moisture are you storing wheat without air in 4000 bushel hopper bins
It seems like we’ve been getting rain every other day in northern SD. We usually put our wheat in the bin around 12 moisture but so far this year we’ve only seen it in the mid to upper 13s. No air option on 4000 bushel amber waves hopper bins. What’s the safe storage moisture?

It depends on how long you want to store it and also the temperature it is stored at but generally speaking we harvest wheat at under 15 with no problem
