What cover crops are best for any prevent plant acres?

Thanks to this wet spring we've prevent planted a few fields for the first time on our farm. Any suggestions of what to grow that might pay the best? We can rent the cover crops to neighbors for grazing or maybe drill cereal rye or wheat for harvest next year?
