I want to try it because #1: it should save on seed cost #2: my seed population will read accurately on my 20/20. I have always planted 2 hill drop because I thought I needed it to get a good stand.

We have been using it for a few years now. Not hill drop just one single seed. Works great. If you are hill dropping it will cut down your seed cost greatly.
