looking for a retiring farmer or someone needing help

I’m 23 years old, I have 50 acres of leased hay fields In northeast Ohio that I’ve been maintaining for the past 4 years. I’ve worked on equipment since I could hold a wrench and have been around it all my life! My current day job Is a lead carpenter for a couple construction companies. So I have management experience on top of running my own farm.

I want to start growing grain/ row crops, but I can’t get the land on my own, I would like to find a retiring farmer I could work with or partner with and learn as much about that side of farming as I can. Or if someone has land I could lease for row crops and I’ll jump in on my own! I would go full time with a farmer for the right opportunity and I’d be willing to travel!
