What is one of the best ways to find land as a starting farmer?

In some instances farmers get the reputation of being “rich”, how do you overcome the challenge of people not knowing how much capital and investment it takes to farm.

What is the future of farming in your eyes. What should we look forward to and what should we keep in consideration from your eyes as young farmers.

For someone who’s family has sold the farm and is personally trying to get started again but has reservations. What would you guys say is some key things to pay attention to when starting off from scratch? Wether it be financially, equipment wise or anything else.
