I ran a case sprayer for five years at the local co-op doing custom work. Sprayed around 14000 acres a year and the only issue I had with a wilger nozzle was the ones we had to use to spray x tend , some of them had a factory defect . Easy to fix but they sent me some new ones. I think it was 4 out of 72 that were not made right . Otherwise the tips I sprayed everything else with worked great.

We switched to wilger nozzle bodies and nozzles when we switched to PWM control. Ours has the on/off valve for a second tip that we use as a back up in case something happens to the system or individual nozzle/section. Have been very pleased with the wilger nozzles.
