Negative 69 cent basis on HRS??

Anyone able to explain why there would be a basis this low? This is like a punch to the gut. I hauled in 2 loads to keep combines going last week. Called at 3:30pm Friday to sell. We made a mistake on our last text with prices. *** just lower the basis. Went from just over $5 to 4.82? I need to call them now. Wonder if anyone here can has real explanation for this before I hear ***’s excuse.
