How many farmers have secured funding for 2020?

Location and if trade and covid 19 are issues.

FBN has been great, who else can you order from at 0% online and pick up at your convenience! Bank line renewed in April here and getting a solar system note on the farm side! Covid has only skewed the markets, otherwise lack of funding is procrastination in my belief or poor credit. Hopefully this SBA package can possibly benefit some farmers!

Just enough so l have to farm another year!!!!

Verified FBN Member (MN)

Yes. Took longer than normal due to a big loss in 2019 on top of expanding acres for 2020. Otherwise just signed via dock-sign

Ours is taking forever due to losses from Hurricane ******* and last years losses. Still no WHIP +

Verified FBN Member (IN)

No in my 41 years of farming this ranks 1st in difficulty finding financing! Those tariffs really hurt the farmers!! Now ***** 19

Renewed in Jan. No issues.

Renewed in January, not a proplem. Prepaid fertilizer so they would bring it in and have it on hand. Also, rent was due April, 1. Covid19 not an issue here yet, but counties just south of us have begun to diagnose cases.

Was told by end of March at beginning of March, was doing a full refi. With Covid 19 all I hear is crickets. Was non bank money but most of money is coming out of New York and it is a real mess up there.

No issues here for us. But some are having problems ive heard.

Southeast Arkansas. Signed in February.

Switched from self funded to 350 per acre of LOC last week with no problems.

Verified FBN Member (IN)

Self financed so all is good here in Indiana.

Renewed in mid February. No real issues but things will be tight, especially now, with all that is going on.

Cash rents in ND are all due Mid March to Mid May no negotiating here either pay early or the wolves are waiting

Verified FBN Member (SD)

Cash rent auctions with all due up front in March

Verified FBN Member (IL)

Up in IL it's common to pay half rent by April 1 and half rent in Nov. Every once in a while you might find a different arrangement, but most rent in our area is split.

I wish is was all due in Nov... be easier to cashflow.

Verified FBN Member

Might be dumb question but is that rent for 19 crop year or 20? Rent in NE Arkansas/ West Tennessee is generally paid in November at the end of the crop season

Verified FBN Member (IN)

No issues here.

FBN turned down my application. So no.

Verified FBN Member (NE)

No all are going to get refinanced I heard in our area now they should not have waited this long

Verified FBN Member (IL)

Have my own.

Verified FBN Member (WI)

Thanks FBN for zero interest till Jan 21

Yes

Started the process in Jan but the bank was so backed up with requests for notes we still haven't gotten it officially yet. A few cashiers checks have kept us current on the most important bills (like rent).

**.

No problem here in North Texas secured in early March.

Verified FBN Member (IN)

Renewed with no issues in March. Central Indiana

Verified FBN Member (IA)

Cash rent was due march1.. if I didn’t have it done by then, that would have been a problem...

Verified FBN Member (MI)

All sent fbn for seed and chems

Verified FBN Member (CO)

CO. Yes. My operating note renews in January. Between that, some cash, and my FBN line I’ll be okay. Not a lot of room for wiggle but should be fine.

NC. No. Even the chemical man called asking about balance on winter crops. Apparently money about to get extremely tight.

Verified FBN Member (AR)

Got it in January in South Arkansas.
