Hey everyone - Jordan Taylor here from the FBN product team. We're currently working on some improvements to FBN Community and while we're at it, are wondering what improvements YOU would like to see made to Community? Any suggestions welcome!

Could you guys add a planning tool into my operation
Have a tab so the customers can adjust font size. Some of your fonts size are very hard to read in the profit center on contracts.

I would like to be able to post video. I would also like to add a thumbs up on comment section showing that I like the statement. Organizing comments and threads by state would be nice as well.

Better organization of topics. Separate out "crop" vs "equipment" vs ... etc. I know you can do this with search, but I like Agtalk's organization of topics.

Thanks Jacob - helpful feedback. We are definitely going to be improving topic organization
More involvement in Texas and the south in general. Our seasons differ of course.
Email from rep this morning saying grain sorghum is in the store now. Alot of relabe in that i believe. If we could get cotton going as well. Dont think as much relabeing there but prices may very for different farmers different areas.

Not necessarily but that being an option could help
Thanks Trevor - would you want the ability to filter conversations by region?
Not sure if this is the proper area to voice this but please get me access/pricing to corn seed and canola seed in Canada.

Thanks Willam - will pass that along to the support team in Canada!
Another thing is when replying to comments it would be nice if you can reply directly under someones reply rather than being down the line 4 comments or so. I think that would clean up the discussions a little better, allowing guys to follow a thread better anyways.

Interesting - we've considered nested commenting before but thought that at least initially, only one level of nesting would simplify the presentation of content. As the number of posts/responses continues to grow, it may be worth reconsidering. Appreciate the feedback
Agree on the anonymous comment ... maybe just list the state or region? It would at least give a point of reference for the information they share.

Great idea Tracy - we had actually been thinking this too and just added state recently to anonymous posts
Can you make it where it will enable night or dark mode? I do a lot of reading in the evening and the white color scheme is kinda bright. Also might look at building in a share function for posts and responses. So far, overall looks great and awesome direct Iminformation. Thanks

Both, if you were to enable share function off platform, probably would require a login or access to community in order to see content, unless otherwise granted by the share function itself... just some thoughts.
Will look into that Jerod, hadn't heard the dark mode request before, good feedback! Regarding the share button, who are you usually trying to share with? Other friends via direct message or on social media?
For sale section.
Better alerts. As in audible tone when someone responds to a post. I’ve had two different phones since FBN community came out and I’ll get banner alerts but no sounds. I’ve even selected audible on the phones and nothing. Could still be user error on my end.
I do like the fact I can scroll through subscribed post vs the regular ones. I like that I can sort to show newest posts...

Yep, got that turned on. Just on either iPhone it hasn’t ever given an audible sound, just banners. Tried it on a 7 & now Xr both running iOS 13 something.
Thanks for the feedback Sean. If you have iOS you can turn on sounds for notifications for specific apps by going to Settings > Notifications > FBN > Turn Sounds 'On'. For Android it may very by phone but you should be able to select 'Apps' from your homescreen > Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Notification Sounds
The other feedback is helpful as well, will keep that in mind as we design impro...
