Value of OMC 435 mixer grinder?

We are looking to add a high(er) capacity mixer / grinder to our hog and cattle operation. Someone is posting a used but fair condition OMC 435 mixer grinder a few hours away. I cant find much information, reviews, or pricing on it. They're asking $2750, this seems fair but I cant find more info to read on. Is this fair?? Is this a sturdy piece of equipment? Any outstanding issues that anyone knows of?
