any opinions on whether to lease a combine or purchase a one year old one every three years?

2600 acres, roughly 300 hours each season... before the lease option 3 years ago, I want to say it was paid off, then our payment was the difference from old to newer over 3 years.... basically, $40-$60,000 every year.
