I'm guessing oil has hit about as low as it will go. Fuel prices often lag a few weeks behind the oil. Also, I don't think we'll see diesel jump, it will be a more gradual price increase. So if you miss the very bottom I think you'd still have time before they get as high as they were. Just my thoughts.
