We've had 2 strait years of 100% winter kill on our alfalfa(not looking great for a 3rd), was looking if anyone was using a extremely winter hardy variety and potential yield from that variety

There’s two we use out west called rugged and wrangler that are very winter hardy dormancy 2/3 but we are also high desert cold and dry
