Best implement for removing ruts?

What does everyone use for cleaning up ruts after this wet harvest? What does the best job? Best bang for buck?

Planning to have something ahead of seeder this spring... HS disc, tandem disc, other?

We do cereal, oil seed, pulses, no corn
