In floor is very nice. Floor is always warm and dry.
In floor heat is very nice All depends on how often u open door to reclaim heat in winter we have in floor and radiant heat but our doors open six eight time a day
I have several steel frame buildings. If you are going over 60 feet wide, the steel buildings will probably be more competitive. I would also suggest with the steel buildings, a 2/12 pitched roof instead of the standard 1/12. It gives a lot more head room particularly in the center of the building.

minimum for steel is 2.5 I believe
Looks like around $35/sq ft

Have you gotten any quotes yet? I'm starting to look as well.

I talked with *********** at the Farm Show in Vermillion, SD last week. They said $40/sq ft for concrete and the building, but they expect another drop coming here soon. I didn't ask too many questions because dad was waking fast, haha. What did your post frame guys say?
I have a few post frame quotes. Steel builders act like they are swamped under haven’t received any from them yet.
I would price both types to see what the difference in price is and if there is any. I went with steel because it was cheaper 12 years ago also liked the increase in ceiling height as the steel trusses are at roof height. Went with in floor heat wouldn’t have any other heat source.

Can't beat in floor heat especially with a wood boiler.

I have an Astro 72 X 120 shop that is a top mount post frame building. It doesn't have posts in the ground it sits on a stem wall. I have floor heat and wouldn't have anything else. We love our floor heat and wish I had it in the basement of our house. My advice to you is if your concrete contractor says we don't do floor heat find a different contractor.
