Do you make educational videos for your help?

I would like to try to make videos for our farmhands. These would include how to set the autosteer, how to set up the planter monitor, etc. Does anyone else do this? The biggest question is where to you store them? Do you send them to their email? Do you make a webpage and post them there? In order for it to work, they have to be incredibly easy to locate and view.

I take a video of how to setup and run gps or load an Rx or anything monitor related and I text it to them and then they store it in their phones under a farm videos folder. That way they always have it.
