I'm not understanding how you see your next grid line or if you skip a pass how do you know if there's no visual map?
I've been running one of these in the sprayer tractor for about 10 years, never had a problem with it. works the best to have the antenna as far forward as possible. I have mine on the nose of the tractor.
Make sure the cords coming off the monitor are supported and not hanging. I've seen hanging cords loosen the connections to the circuit board and make it come apart.
