Looking for costs related to cutting and baling green feed.

Hello, we are in a drought situation again in a pocket in western Canada. Have a neighbour offering standing oats to be cut for green feed. I'm wondering if anyone has any cost estimates per hour, tonne or acre for a) swathing b) baling c) loading and hauling round bales.
